A tetra what? Look for the tetrahedron at the Garden City Regional Airport. The large, bright orange, triangular-shaped object on the tarmac is a special piece of equipment that indicates wind direction. It was first used by US Army pilots who trained at the airfield during WWII, and it was restored in 2008.
