HISTORY

Restoration Capital of Kansas

Burlington, KS | Coffey County

More than half of the 84 downtown business buildings have been restored or renovated in the past 20 years, making Burlington the Restoration Capital of Kansas. Buildings date to the late 1800s, and downtown shops—selling collectibles, gifts, used furniture, women's clothing, and floral items—invite you to stop and see their buildings' interiors.
