The National Youth Administration (NYA) erected Kelley Hall in 1941, built with irregular sandstone from local quarries. The football stadium, also a NYA project, was built of the same stone in 1947. Both are found in Kelley Park at the south end of town. The park hosts one of the state's longest consecutively held annual fairs every July.
