Known as one of the finest on the line, this grand 1927 Union Pacific passenger station was built in Neo-classical design with ornate glazed terra cotta ornamentation. It's a striking backdrop for learning the history of Topeka and its railroads. Connecting the station to an impressive All Veterans Memorial, the Corridor of Flags flies 50 historical American flags above those from the 50 states. Plaques are inscribed with facts about each state. Admission charge.
