Amelia Earhart, in the form of a life-sized bronze statue, welcomes you to the Forest of Friendship, filled with trees from all 50 states and more than 35 countries. In this beautiful park, founded by the Ninety Nines, an international organization of women pilots, plaques are embedded in the sidewalks each year to honor those involved in aviation and space exploration.
