A cenotaph (an empty tomb or a monument erected in honor of an individual or a group whose remains are elsewhere) has been placed here for local man John O'Brien who died at the 1876 Battle of the Little Bighorn in Montana along with General George Custer and members of the Seventh U.S. Cavalry.
