Founded in 1872, Stockton lends its early history to the name of this Italian eatery, which opened in 2025. The menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, pasta, and pizza—paired, if you wish, with wine, beer, and cocktails. But it’s the pizza, especially, that keeps people coming back: Neapolitan-style pies with fresh meats, lightning-fast bakes, and all sauces made from scratch.
