Small batch beers brewed in a 15-barrel system result in fresh beers such as Crimson Phog (Irish style red ale), Wave the Wheat (wheat ale), and Bitter Professor (IPA). Winning foods include 23rd Street Meatloaf (bison and beef), Danny Manning Marsala Chicken, and London Phog Fish and Chips.
