The buttery yellow Lustron home is one of only 90 of the approximately 100 prefabricated steel homes built in Kansas. After WWII, housing needs expedited the building of these low maintenance, highly durable homes.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in one of these homes? You can take a trip back in time and book it for an overnight stay through AirBnB. It's been beautifully restored and decorated in the mid-century style.
