Washington Street Historic District (RHKP) comprises the entire block between 2nd and 3rd. The buildings here were constructed between 1886 and 1919. Metal posters of Chief Sitting Bull, George Washington, Lucille Ball, and 27 other nationally known figures peer down from second-story windows.
