
Built in art deco style, this 1933 limestone courthouse is impressive regardless of a few structural alterations. In the courtroom floral designs are embossed on the elaborate German nickel cornice. A Statue of Liberty replica stands in the southwest corner of the courthouse square. (NRHP)
