Head for the tall grain elevators to find one of the few remaining independently owned flour mills in the nation. The mill has been making flour specifically for the home baker for more than 100 years, and it's famous as the home of Hudson Cream Flour. In 2013 the mill began using a wind turbine to produce the majority of the power needed to make the flour. You're welcome to stop at the brick scale house to see the scrapbook about the mill's history or to buy product. 8 Wonders of Kansas Commerce
