School Memorial

Garfield, KS | Pawnee County

A classic old bell that once stood on top of the 1917 Garfield School has been preserved as a memorial. The school's history is engraved in a black granite stone beneath the bell. The red-brick auditorium added in 1936 and built by the WPA stands to the east of the memorial.
