On this property occupying almost a full city block, Lincoln School, on the north end, was completed in 1917, and Roosevelt School, to the south, was completed in 1925. Lincoln School's Prairie School style architecture features beautiful bas-relief figures and shapes on the central tower and pilasters. Both buildings have been renovated for senior housing. (NRHP)
