HUNTING

Ringneck Capital of Kansas

Hill City, KS | Graham County

Hill City is known as the "Ringneck Capital of Kansas" for the abundance of ringneck pheasants that populate this region. Hunters travel from far and wide for the opportunity to bag this prized bird. Artist Layne Stafford painted the colorful mural depicting Hill City's unique status for pheasant hunting on the building at Main & Pomeroy.
