At the front of this red-brick 1907 Romanesque Revival courthouse, the impressive Pete Felten stone buffalo sculpture is sure to attract your attention. Rawlins County is named for John A. Rawlins who was General Ulysses S. Grant's chief of staff during the Civil War.
