Old Cawker City Library

A bright red roof tops this 1884 limestone building, originally built by the Women’s Hesperian Library Club and believed to be the first building constructed by a women’s club in Kansas. It became the Cawker City Museum in 1971 and has since been carefully restored by the community. (NRHP)
