Mitchell County Museum

The Mitchell County Historical Society was established in 1879 and is still going strong! The museum recently moved from the community hospital grounds to a new location on the north side of town. Be sure to check out the mural on the side of the building, completed in 2022 as part of a county-wide mural project.
