Bleeding Kansas, the Underground Railroad, and the Civil War are feature exhibits at this outstanding smalltown museum. Other displays present the local story of lead and coal mining, military uniforms from the Civil War to the Gulf War, a buggy shop, period rooms, and much more. The genealogy library is one of the best in the region.
