Kids love Lincoln Park and you'll understand why when you see its aquatic center, the miniature train, miniature golf course, fishing pond, playgrounds and Kiddieland, an amusement park for small children. You'll also find Bocce, basketball and tennis courts, nine-hole disc golf, fishing, golf course, RV Park and shelter houses. Originally a gathering place for Civil War veterans, Lincoln Park was sold to the city in 1906. The auditorium opened in 1911, a large porch with columns originally wrapped its outside. Now known as Lincoln Center, concerts and other activities have treated locals and visitors for generations.
