RAIL TRAIL

Landon Trail

Topeka, KS | Shawnee County

One trailhead of the 38-mile Landon Trail begins at the parking lot of the Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site and stretches to the edge of Pomona Lake in Osage County. For a longer adventure, connect to the 118-mile Flint Hills Trail near Quenemo. Hike, bike, or ride horseback along this scenic corridor, where the path follows clear-water Camp Creek through oak-hickory woodlands, into sweeping tallgrass prairie, and past two waterfalls.
