
Drive around the lake to see the 1930s football stadium stonework, fence, and shelters constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps and the National Youth Administration. National sports car races were held here from 1959 to 1964, and today the park is home to the Cornstock music event, go-kart races, and the Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival.
