A wedding present from W.T. Soden to his daughter Hallie, this 1893 home was built by Charles S. Squires, one of Emporia's first trained architects, with lumber from Soden's sawmill. The original furniture came from Soden's furniture factory, also based in Emporia. Drive by only. (NRHP)
