Originally named Fossil Station, this castle-like building was built in 1907 to house Russell's jail and sheriff's residence. Now a museum, it includes displays on extracting post rock; Russell's own Mother Bickerdyke, Bob Dole, and Arlen Specter; and 'The Tooth Story.' (NRHP)
