Named for native son and famous circus clown Emmett Kelly (1898-1979), this museum features a small exhibit about Kelly's sad-faced character, Willie, and his circus career. Occupying a former opera house (RHKP) built in 1904, the museum also displays pieces of local history including a collection of about 75 radios and more than 1,500 decanters.
