Cowley County Historical Museum

The county's varied history is preserved at this two-story limestone former school. Displays recognize Winfield State Hospital and two nationally known manufacturers—Binney & Smith Company, which opened its Crayola product factory in Winfield in 1952; and Gott Manufacturing, producer of water coolers, and founded in Winfield in 1916.
