Part of the Prairie Museum of Art and History complex, the largest publicly accessible barn in Kansas was built in 1936 to house Hereford show cattle. The barn, including the massive loft, is open for your inspection. Signage shares information about Foster Farms, the original owner of the barn, and other subjects related to ranching—and barn building! 8 Wonders of Kansas Architecture.
