Alma, KS | Wabaunsee County

Still in use today, the native stone two-story school with a red-tile roof was built in 1936 by the PWA. The auditorium retains the original lighting, stage, wooden seats, and arched ceiling tiled in art deco style. Open during the school year; to see the auditorium, ask at the school office.
