HISTORIC WATER TOWER

Coolidge Historic Water Tower

Coolidge, KS | Hamilton County

The 1887 brick and limestone water tower features nearly four-foot-thick walls and an unusual arched entrance. A wooden tank originally sat on top of the brick base and captured artesian water, which was discovered in the region in 1887. Today the tower is on private property. Drive by only.
