A number of interesting historic structures reside in this tiny townβthe two-story limestone 1907 Allen Hotel (324 Main); the former State Bank, now City Hall (4 W. 5th); and a former school at 108 E. 7th. The school, now a child development center, was built in 1918 in the Neoclassical style but it's easy to recognize the "new" 1948 Streamlined design addition.
