Across from the courthouse in downtown Great Bend, Dry Lake Brewing draws its name from a nearby man-made lake that eventually went dry. Inside its modern, open space—and spilling out onto a large, welcoming patio—the brewery pours a rotating lineup of a dozen house-crafted beers, from rich stouts and hop-forward IPAs to tart sours and crisp, house-made seltzers. A full bar ensures there’s something for everyone, while a steady lineup of food trucks and caterers keeps patrons well fed, making it a lively gathering spot in the heart of town.
