Talk about legacy. The Smith family's brewing story stretches back 500 years to Einbeck, Germany, where an ancestor of owners Brian and Ian Smith served as brewmaster. Martin Luther was among those who enjoyed the beer and inspired the brewery's name through his famous three-ringed stein.
Today, Brian and Ian honor that heritage with twelve taps of year-round favorites, seasonal releases and small-batch brews. That's a pretty impressive family recipe for success.
