Beaver, KS | Barton County

Although not having a spectacular name, this sturdy little country bridge over a Beaver Creek tributary has stood the test of time. It's different in that some parts of the bridge (guardrails and curbing) are made from concrete; the walls for the double span are made of limestone. The concrete curb bears the inscription, 'WPA 1940.' (NRHP)
