St. Columbkille Church
The tall steeple of the lovely St. Columbkille Church leads you to Blaine. Against a deep blue sky, this red-brick church and rising steeple is picture perfect. St. Columbkille (or Columba), born in 521, is Scotland’s most revered saint and is credited with taking Christianity to Scotland. Colum means “dove” and “cille” means church, which combine to form “dove of the church.”
