Thousands of volunteer hours and countless gallons of paint resulted in a giant colorful egg painted in the traditional kraslice style. Designed by local art teacher Christine Slechta, the fiberglass egg weighs 7,000 pounds and measures 20ᕁ15 feet. The egg rests under a stylish gazebo shelter.
