Wilson County Courthouse Square

Fredonia, KS | Wilson County

A 1961 courthouse is the centerpiece of this historic town square. You'll also see restored metal park benches from 1915, a 1932 WPA bandstand, the clock tower from the original 1886 courthouse, and a veterans memorial. In the 1990s the town reproduced the old-fashioned electric street lamps, which now border the square.
