HISTORIC BUILDING

Waugh Building

Eskridge, KS | Wabaunsee County

A double-arch corner entrance with marble columns brings your attention to this historic bank building. In the Waugh family since 1904, it is home to the law practice of Charles Waugh. The big screen door opens to a massive bank teller's cage, tile floor, clocks, original pressed-tin ceiling, bank vault, book shelves, and stained-glass windows, all of which take you to a different era, as does the Moorish dome atop the building.
