This scenic route isn't for everyone, and it's for no one if the road is at all muddy. From Main, 1¾ miles east on U.S. 54, 1½ miles south on CC, then stop! Stop and walk down to Walnut River, to the Rocky Ford. Large flat rocks make it possible to drive across the river, but only in utility vehicles. This lovely area might just be something to view and admire, but not cross, and instead retrace your path back to the highway.
