Built in the 1920s and named Indian Village, the roadside attraction of tipis once provided a gas station, tourist cabins, a restaurant, and more. Much of this landmark, known in recent years as TeePee Junction, is now gone, but the main concrete tipi and a building with smaller tipis on either end remain.
Note the marks on the side of the biggest tipi noting high water marks in 1935 and 1951.
