Servaes Brewing Co. is a fun, welcoming spot for friends who appreciate creative craft beer and the story behind it. Owned and operated by Courtney Servaes, the first female head brewer in Kansas, the brewery has grown to nearly 12,000 square feet since opening in 2018.

Known for NEIPAs, barrel-aged brews, inventive sours, and bold novelty beers, Courtney isn’t afraid to experiment with unique ingredients. While there’s a solid lineup of core beers, fans especially love Small Batch Sundays, featuring playful releases like Worst Fear – Eggnog and Rise Up – Original.

The family spirit extends beyond beer — Courtney’s son Aaron discovered a passion for craft soda, inspiring the front-of-house mix of house-made soda, pizza, and beer.
