Santa Fe Depot and Railroad Park

Strong City, KS | Chase County

The town was named for William Barstow Strong who was vice-president and general manager of the Santa Fe railway before becoming president in 1881. It's fitting that City Hall is now located in this 1913 red-brick Mission style depot (NRHP). Historic photos and memorabilia line the walls. Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
