Named for the large salt deposits beneath the city, the four flagship beers here are Amber Ale, Blonde Ale, Stout and IPA—though the brewers are constantly concocting and serving new creations. With an industrial look inside and a welcoming patio outside, this is a great place to enjoy the beers (or cocktails and wine) alongside a menu of excellent starters, burgers, sandwiches, salads, mac and cheese, and more substantial dinner entrées.
