Is it a rock garden or a petrified wood garden? You decide. Frank Lockert brought the rock here from Barber County in the early 1930s. A cottage in the back of the garden at 404 Main is faced with some of the petrified wood as is a little wishing well. Other native stone is also mixed into the landscape. Although the garden is past its prime, it's interesting to see, but please stay on the sidewalk.
