A love for community and craft beer inspired Jesse and Deidre Knight and Joshua and Lindsay Gant (with investor support) to open this microbrewery on the banks of the Neosho River in late 2021. Whether you’re settled into comfy furniture inside or relaxing on the patio, the river is always in view. The cleverly named beers brewed on-site rotate often, and you’ll also find craft and seasonal cocktails, Riverbank Mules, guest taps, and a lineup of charcuterie boards and other snacks. They frequently host musicians, too—so if you’re looking for a fun evening, head to the Riverbank!
