Paleteria means popsicle, Neveria means ice cream parlor, and Cuauhtemoc was the last Aztec emperor. Owner Armando De La Pena is a Kansas State University graduate with a degree in criminal justice. But he followed his other calling to create ice cream concoctions in a traditional Mexican style. Armando's favorite flavors are pecan and cheesecake, but stop inside this neveria and discover your own favorites! Photo @Paleteria y Neveria Cuauhtemoc
