This retro diner looks just as it did when it opened in 1945 as an addition to Hotel Stilwell. It still has the 10-stool counter and the mauve and gray Formica countertop. Surrender to the temptation of the strawberry shortcake during berry season. And during any season, Otto's is a breakfast oasis.
