Anglers in the know like this quiet rural lake for its high quality fishing opportunities. Well groomed banks and ten earthen fishing piers provide comfortable shore fishing. Boats are welcome but for fishing purposes only. The lake is well stocked with black bass, channel catfish, crappie, and sunfish that are drawn to the coverage of the lotus pads and regular maintained brush piles. Β Picnics, hunting, birding and primitive camping are also popular activities.
