Old Fire Station No. 9

This distinctive three-story former fire station opened in 1911 and served until 1967. On the corners of this terra cotta building are several charming gargoyles resembling dwarfish firemen, complete with the iconic fireman's hat. Today the building is privately owned. (NRHP)
