Negril Caribbean Restaurant

Junction City, KS | Geary County

Owner Alan White, originally from Jamaica and later a Fort Riley soldier, opened this little place named for a Jamaican town. The flavors of Jamaica add a perfect touch to the chicken and shrimp curry, jerk chicken, escovitch fish (fried and marinated with a peppery vinaigrette), and curried goat.
