Mucho gracias to Molino's for bringing contemporary and authentic Mexican cuisine to Wichita. One of the original recipes is for pirata, a fusion of a taco and panini with choice of filling and topped with melted cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. Delicioso!
